Hi. What could be the problem?
may be resin was in the vat for 3 days? May be low temperature in ofice (25C)? Laser 56/ asura 35micron

there is no 35 micron profile in Asura.
what are your printer settings?
what resin?
what vat?

what resin is it?
looks a bit like under curing, but if you did not stir the resin in the tank before use then sometimes it will do this.

Use a silicon spatula to stir the resin and use hair dryer to heat it.

Hi, did you make the model hollow? If yes, what´s the wall thickness?
I once had a similar failure, when I made walls too thin. I used 1.5 mm in Meshmixer, but it turned out that was too low. It looked a lot like your model in the end.

I do not know the exact thickness. But +/- 1.5 mm that’s for sure. Need to experiment

The print is not rotated - the Asura build area is hanging ”upside down” in the printer.

Nex resin is printed at 51, leaving it at 55 will make your resin got overcured. Try again with 51 and post the results

if you havent already update Asura to 2.2.2 and use the default support settings, these new settings are better suited for FEP printing.

that “smallpox” appeared after, or before the post cure?
last time you printed out at 55 and now 58, it’s either your laser is warring down or your power source need to be check
