Large amount of semi-cured resin attached to print

#1

I printed a model of a gnarled tree on my Moai and also on an FDM printer. The Moai print itself came out looking fine, but there was an large amount of semi-cured resin attached to it (see attached images for comparison). What causes this, and is there any way to reduce or eliminate it?!

I assume you mean the pictures are fixed.
Can you post some screen shots of Cura with your model and the side bar with the parameters.

@bps

assuming you are using default settings and cura profile sliced in Moai edition of Cura

It looks as if the light was scattered in some way and thus causing collateral curing. can you check the glass protector to see if there is any dust/dirt as well as the galvo mirrors are clean (do not touch the mirrors by hand)

Sorry to bring this back, but I am having a very similar, if not the same problem. Did you ever figure this out?
