Higher resolution prints start to skew

#1

I am trying to dial in my printer’s accuracy. I have things working at 60um prints.

Now I am trying to go even higher resolution, but doing so is resulting in skewed prints.

The cube on the left is 60um and the right is 20um. It is skewed along the x axis. I have printed a couple to make sure it wasn’t a random occurrence. I am slicing with Asura using the 60 and 20 um profiles.

try to use Cura to slice, just to make sure it’s not a gcode problem.
it’s normal again when you switch back to 60um?
