Better aftermarket LCD screen for Peopoly Phenom L

Hey guys. I thought I’d post on here because Peopoly’s customer support hasn’t been super helpful lately.

I have a Peopoly Phenom L at work with an LCD issue. I know the life cycle on the LCD’s are poor compared to other brands, but I’m not getting more than 50-100 hours before the screen seems to malfunction.

After a certain amount of prints, I end up getting these resin blocks.

Have any of you guys experienced this?

Also, has anyone found an aftermarket LCD screen for the Phenom L that has much better life span?

Sorry to hear your printing issues. The most efficient way to provide you the best answer is to get as much information from you as possible. Here is the support survey that covers all the key factors affecting. Some may be answered while other may seem unrelated to issues at hand. Please do answer as complete as possible so we can provide best recommendation and even share some additional tips for you. The survey can be found here:

Thanks for your response. I’ve already filled out the troubleshooting survey, sent image and video documentation to help illustrate the issues I’m dealing with on our Phenom L, but I have not received a response yet after supplying the information that was requested.

While I am predisposed to pointing out flaws and suggesting changes on OEMs; I don’t see an issue with the my LCD (Purchased mid 2022). I run mine for work at about 4-9 hour intervals during work days, for about 8 months now. I have ran the original screen well over the recommended 450 and closer to 1,000 hours. I have seen a nominal drop in fine details and quality, try to get a replacement from Peopoly, they really are good screens.
I have a spare screen, just haven’t needed it yet. (Although most of my footprints are 4" to 9")

Hmm, interesting.

I’m on my 3rd screen at this point. So far, all three have only lasted 10-15 prints, after which the printer starts printing the block in the picture in my original post. Most of my prints have been no more than 15 hours long.

That’s crazy you’ve managed to get 1000 hours on yours, though!
