3D printed enclosure with resin cast buttons

I plan to create some prototype enclosures with silicone casted buttons.
The plan is to 3d print the enclosure with holes where the buttons are and then fill them with silicone resin after.
Have anyone here tried that or have better way of doing this?
What will stick to the resin?

I have done this. I used a spray on silicone mould release agent. And removed any excess with a q tip. It worked very well.

Looks good.
What type of silicone rubber did you use?
You made the buttons i a mould?
I plan to cast them directly into the enclosure.

I used Moldmax 27T is should have gone a little harder. The mold was sprayed with food safe mold release agent.
